Let's get started!

This is the first entry in our blog. Paula decided to call it "best of both apples" as a reference to New York City, our home to be and the fact that we hope to unite the best of our worlds. We will be moving to New York at the end of the year. For me (Petra aka Mama) a dream will come true when I start working for United Nations. It seems like a lifetime ago, as a very young Student of law, I promised myself that one day I would work for this organization, that represents so many different parts of the world. For my husband and daughter (Paula, who will be sharing this blog with me) a great adventure starts as we set out to make a new home in the US, our favourite vacation spot. Let's get started!
